Results..

The big day is looming closer.

4 more days away,

my fate will be sealed.

The major crossroad of my life.

The first,

but definitely not the last.

Seriously do not know which path to take,

Or is it too early to worry?

What if my results suck till the point that I actually do not have a choice?

That is the only worry I have.

If I do well,

I have no worries because

The Emperor will make up my mind,

Went to the Singapore Science centre with Uncle Steven and Darling Nathaniel.

We left and headed to Jurong Point for lunch, from which I head for tuition thereafter.

The day has just started!

Met up with Robin at 815 downstairs for our Zouk nightout!

Which is held as his farewell party.

He is leaving for ShangHai this coming Wednesday (28/02).

Boohoo!

Reunion Dinner

This year I had 3 reunion dinners in 2 weeks.

First up,

The one with my fellow Princesses and Nanny.

Met up with the ladies at Ngee Ann City’s Crystal Jade for dinner.

It was very meaningful for us.

The first time we actually really sit down and have dinner like a family.

Though Connie was missing with much regrets.

Annual Budget 2007

The budget is out.

I am not going to get the progress package.

Again.

As usual.

The government will introduce the Post-Secondary Education Account
(PSEA) for every Singaporean aged seven to 20; PSEA can be used at
publicly-funded universities, polytechnic.

This is the only good thing that came out of the Budget,

I guess.

This is a very critical moment for me.

With the release of the A levels results looming ahead,

prospects of going to University dimming,

this will so encourage me.

Having to worry less about money.

Anyway,

just came back an hour ago from dinner with Robin.

Such a regular downstairs till the drink stall uncle knows what I want before I even place my order.

Blood Donation.

I am no longer a virgin.

A blood donation virgin that is.

Went to the Bloodbank at HSA with Robin on 4th Feb.

I was very very gu niang about donating the moment I saw the intimidating building.

However,

being the very brave Princess that I am,

I march right in and signed up without hesitation.

That courage lasted till the moment they called me in to the checkup room.

Was attended by the gay-like doctor again.

My blood pressure is pretty fine this time so I was accepted.

I did not know to cry or to laugh.

Really.

Went ahead to do the iron test and passed that without flinching.

And that was really the worse throughout the whole process.

I swear.

Was accompanied into the room by Robin,

Who was laughing at the gu niang me.

No courage to see the needle.

Requested for extra towel to cover my face in case I cry.

The very nice nurse who attended to the Princess.

Emo Rant III

I know that I have blogged about this before.
But I did not receive any response.

Initiative.
A word treasured by firms.
A word treasured by educators.

A word treasured by females too.
All females want their loved ones to express their undying love without prompting.

However,
how would the typical male respond when a female express her love?

Does it mean the same thing?
Or does it hold a deeper meaning because it is not everyday that a female will take the initiative?

I have an experience of expressing my liking once,
though it did not work out due to our differences,
at least I tried,
and I do not regret my actions.

I believe it takes a great deal of guts to take the initiative.
I know for me,
it was tough.

I had to practise it in my mind for a few days before I actually do it.
For a guy,
is it the same?
Or is it easier?

Is the love that build on the female’s initiative more steady,
or it actually makes no difference?

Clumsiness at work.

So, yesterday,
I burnt my hand while trying to get the bowl of mushroom soup out of the microwave at work.
All because,
Her Royal Highness thought that the dumb bowl is not THAT hot.

Today,
I burnt my LIPS while drinking the dumb soup from the instant noodles i called lunch.
Fantastic.

Almost could not wake up in time for my tuition earlier on.

I wonder what else is next.
